Besides the fantastic recipes, the REALLY great thing about this cookbook, issued by the Byerly's specialty grocery, is that it's spiral bound, so you don't have to weight the book open with something like a 5# bag of flour.  I was sold!

History: Byerly's is a gourmet supermarket headquartered in the Twin Cities.  Now they extend into other States, and at least one shopper has said that, if he could, he'd live there.  The store is a one stop shop, and all it's missing is a shower.
